HACCP Compliance - HACCP , or Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points
is a systematic preventative approach to food safety that addresses physical,
chemical and biological hazards as a means of prevention, rather than finished
product inspection.

J.Kings conducts hazard analysis of it’s facility to identify critical control points to monitor food quality, and in return established critical limits for each control point, which are monitored and recorded daily to establish corrective actions when needed. J.Kings has AIB (mentioned above); a third party auditor to come in and verify that J.Kings HACCP plan is carried out as intended.
