Restaurateurs from the North Fork and beyond attended our North Fork Culinary Showcase at Martha Clara Vineyards on Wednesday March 14th. While at the showcase, guests discovered products and ideas compiled by the J.Kings Culinary Team that were tailored to the seasonal business characteristics of the North Fork.

Featured items and ideas included: Restaurant Row Kitchens line of prepared meals, salads and wraps, Tommy Moloneys Authentic Irish Foods, WB Stockyard's line of burgers, grilled local Caesar salads, summer sliders, lobster napoleons and more!

 
   
Visitors at the showcase learned how they could offer their customers delicious chef prepared meals in their grab n' go cases without the effort by using Restaurant Row Kitchens entrees. Many of the entrees shown are also available in bulk packs for customers that are looking to cut costs by cutting out labor.

can offer a unique local salad offering with a grilled local Caesar salad -
local romaine that's grilled until the leaves are slightly wilted, and
then topped with Grilled Chicken, Steak Kabobs or Shrimp skewers.

J.Kings Culinary Team cooked up some WB Stockyard steaks, braised
some short ribs, and cooked up some double lobe French cut chicken
breasts that they stuffed with interesting stuffings to show guests how they
could make their entrees stand out by using fine meat products
from WB Stockyard.

J.Kings Culinary Team demonstrated unique twists on sliders for the
upcoming Summer Season. These unique sliders included a trio of
lobster salad, tuna salad and chicken salad sliders, a tuna steak
slider and more.

Guests learned about a unique local menu item developed by the J.Kings Culinary Team - the local Lobster Napoleon - lobster salad atop a pile of local heirloom tomatoes and fresh mozzarella atop a bed of mixed greens.

J.Kings Culinary Team presented customers with some unique twists on sandwich offerings. Sandwiches that were shown included The Baltimore

At the showcase, the J.Kings culinary team showed guests how they could offer Shepherd's pie with a twist - buffalo chicken Shepherd's pie using shredded chicken from WB Stockyard and Kitchen Cuts Harvest Blend of winter squash
as well as Chicken Pot Pie with a twist - using shredded chicken from WB Stockyard, the soup mix from Kitchen Cuts with a bread pudding topping.
