This January, J. Kings took over distribution of the Tommy Moloneys line of authentic Irish foods for the New York Metro area. So to introduce itself to Tommy Moloneys' customers and to introduce the Tommy Moloneys line to J. Kings customers, we held culinary showcases in New York and Long Island.

Customers were transported to Ireland with Tommy Moloneys' huge display which featured their line of authentic Irish foods, a telecast from "Out of Ireland", and a book signing by Margaret M. Johnson, author of "The Irish Pub Cook Book".

Along with learning more about the Tommy Moloneys line, attendees of the showcases also discovered ways they could rethink their menu offerings by putting a twist on some old favorites like shepherd's pie, fish and chips, egg rolls, sliders and wings and salsa.

   
Guests at the showcases tasted the tradition of quality with Tommy Moloneys line of authentic Irish foods that includes corned beef, bangers, cheddar, blood pudding and more. Guests discovered out how they could add a twist to their St. Patrick's Day and pub menus by using Tommy Moloneys corned beef mixed with shredded cabbage as the filling to create corned beef eggrolls, courtesy of the J.Kings Culinary Team.

At the showcases, the J. Kings Culinary Team showed guests how they could amp up their traditional shepherd's pie by using shredded beef from WB Stockyard and Kitchen Cuts' Harvest Blend of winter squashes. The chefs also showed guests how they could offer shepherd's pie with a twist - buffalo chicken shepherd's pie using shredded chicken from WB Stockyard and Kitchen Cuts Harvest Blend of winter squashes.
